The Ministry of Planning and Investment is implementing various policies to support human resources for small and medium enterprises through the Draft Circular guiding the support of human resources development for small and medium enterprises.
Human resources of small and medium enterprises will be supported through policies such as: Business start-up training; business management training; intensive business management training; hands-on training at manufacturing and processing enterprises; online training and training through mass media.

Regarding the duration, a business start-up training course will take place over 02 days, and a business management training course will last for 03 days, with 30% of the time allocated for guiding students to study real-life situations and visiting local enterprises.
Meanwhile, the duration of intensive training and hands-on training at the enterprise will be a minimum of 07 days and a maximum of no more than 28 days.
Furthermore, during the aforementioned training courses, online training or through mass media can be integrated, meaning the use of electronic devices, software, the internet, and broadcasting stations to conduct the training.
