1. Business Registration Documentation in Vietnam

- The components of the business registration documents include:

-  Business  registration  application  according  to  the  form  issued  with  Circular  02/2019/TT-BKHDT;

-  Company  charter;

-  List  of  company  members;

-  Copies  of  Citizen ID card/ID  card/Passport  for  individual  members;

-  Citizen ID card/ID  card/Passport  of  the  authorized  representative  and  authorization  document  in  case  the  founder  is  an  organization;

- Establishment  decision/Business  registration  certificate  or  other  equivalent  documents  for  organizational  members;

-  Investment  registration  certificate  for  foreign  investors  (if  any).
- Quantity: 01 set.

2. Business Registration Process

Process for Issuing Business Registration Certificate

Step 1: Prepare 01 set of business registration documents

Step 2: Submit the documents to the Business Registration Department where the company's headquarters is located.

Step 3: The Business Registration Department issues a Receipt Notice of the received documents.

Step 4: The Business Registration Department will review the validity of the documents.

Step 5: Respond according to the following 02 methods:

-  Issue  the  Business  Registration  Certificate  if  the  documents  are  valid  within  03  working  days  from  the  date  of  receipt;

-  Send  a  written  refusal  if  the  documents  are  invalid,  specifying  the  required  amendments  and  supplements  within  03  working  days  from  the  date  of  receipt.

In case the documents are refused, the individual or organization must make necessary amendments and supplements as required and then send another complete set of documents to the Business Registration Department.

3. Business Registration Fee

According to the regulations in the Schedule of Charges and Fees for Business Registration issued with Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC, the business registration fee including the procedure for issuing the Business Registration Certificate is 50,000 VND/time.
