What is the procedure to re-issue a postal license when it is lost or damaged?

Pursuant to subsection 4, Section I, Part II, List of administrative procedures promulgated together with Decision 882/QD-BTTTT in 2022, stipulating the order of re-issuance of postal permits when lost or damaged are as follows:

- In case the postal license is lost or damaged and cannot be used and the enterprise wishes to be re-issued, the application shall be sent to the Ministry of Information and Communications.

- After the application is received, the Ministry of Information and Communications will follow the order of implementation: re-issue the postal license within 07 working days from the date of receipt of the complete and correct application.

- The results of handling procedures for re-issuance of a postal license when it is lost or damaged and cannot be used shall be paid directly or via the public postal service.

- Time limit for settlement: 07 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier satisfying the provisions of law;

- Results of implementation: A copy from the original postal license that has been issued.
