1. Business conditions of karaoke services in Vietnam
- Karaoke service is the service of providing sound, light, music, lyrics and images shown on the screen (or similar form) for singing activities at establishments eligible for karaoke services as prescribed.
- Business conditions of karaoke services include:
+ An enterprise or business household established in accordance with the law.
+ Ensure the conditions of fire prevention, explosion prevention and security and order as prescribed in Decree 96/2016/ND-CP stipulating security and order conditions for a number of conditional investment and business lines.
+ Theatre rooms must have a usable area of 20 square meters or more, excluding ancillary works.
+ Do not place door latches inside the theater room or place alarm devices (except for fire and explosion alarm devices).
2. Conditions for trading in nightclub services in Vietnam
- The nightclub service is the service of providing dance floor, stage, sound, light for dancing, singing or artistic programs at the facilities eligible for the nightclub service business as prescribed.
- Business conditions of nightclub services include:
+ An enterprise or business household established in accordance with the law.
+ Ensure the conditions of fire prevention, explosion prevention and security and order as prescribed in Decree 96/2016/ND-CP stipulating security and order conditions for a number of conditional investment and business lines.
+ The ballroom must have a usable area of 80 square meters or more, not including ancillary works.
+ Do not place door latches inside the ballroom or place alarm devices (except for fire and explosion alarm devices).
+ The place of business in Vietnam must be 200 meters or more away from schools, hospitals, religious establishments, faiths, historical and cultural relics.
