- On December 22, 2023, the Government Inspector General issued Circular 02/2023/TT-TTCP guiding the functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the Inspectorate of provinces and centrally run cities (collectively referred to as the Provincial Inspectorate); Inspectorates of districts, towns, provincial cities, and centrally run cities (collectively referred to as District-level Inspectorate).
