1. F1 injected the full dose of COVID-19 vaccine, only isolated for 5 days

This is the content of Official Letter 762/BYT-DP  guiding medical isolation for COVID-19 cases (F0) and close contacts (F1).

Accordingly, for F1 who have had at least 02 full doses of COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed, the last dose must be injected within at least 14 days or have recovered from COVID-19 within 03 months by the time of receiving the vaccine. identified as subject F1 (with discharge certificate/certificate of recovery from COVID-19):

- Perform  medical isolation for 5 days at home , accommodation or other areas eligible for isolation arranged and set up by agencies, organizations, local units, schools from the date of last exposure together;

Test for SARS-CoV-2 virus  by PCR, antigen (antigen rapid test or by immunoassay)  on the 5th day of isolation  by medical staff or self-administered. performed under medical supervision.

(Compared to before, the home isolation period for the F1 who received a full dose of COVID-19 vaccine was shortened from 7 days to 5 days. At the same time, the number of tests was also reduced from 02 times to 01 time. )

2. Salary regime for professional military personnel changing majors

The Government has issued  Decree 19/2022/ND-CP  stipulating measures to implement regimes and policies for professional soldiers, defense workers and public employees who change jobs, and defense workers and public employees. job.

Accordingly, the salary regime for professional military personnel who switch branches to work at agencies and organizations receiving salaries from the state budget is as follows:

- Professional soldiers are classified and receive salary according to new jobs and new positions from the effective date of the decision to change branches.

- In case the salary by group, rank or grade is ranked lower than the salary according to the type, group or grade of professional soldiers enjoyed at the time of switching, the salary and seniority allowances at the time of transfer are reserved. within 18 months from the effective date of issuance of the decision to change majors and shall be paid by the new agency or organization.

- The continuation of the reserve salary beyond the 18-month period shall be considered and decided by the head of the competent agency in accordance with the internal salary correlation.

- During the period of enjoying the salary reservation, the difference in the salary difference will decrease accordingly when the cadres, civil servants and public employees are entitled to a salary increase or a seniority allowance that exceeds the bracket within the quota bracket or is promoted to a rank.

3. Continuing to recruit special teachers for localities that have not yet been completed

This is a remarkable content in   Official Dispatch 336/BGDĐT-NGCBQLGD on a number of contents related to standard training qualifications and pedagogical certificates.

Specifically, localities that have not yet completed special recruitment  under the direction of the Politburo and the Prime Minister and according to the instructions in  Official Dispatch No. 5378  of the Ministry of Home Affairs  urgently complete it to ensure the interests of the employees. teachers have many years of work . During the implementation process, localities should note:

i) Conduct special recruitment for teachers who have met the standard qualifications trained under  the Education Law 2005  but have not met the standard qualifications trained under  the Education Law 2019 .

After being recruited, the teachers are arranged to train according to the prescribed standard improvement roadmap.

ii) Recruitment of teachers with a bachelor's degree in a major (suitable to the subject taught) that is not in the field of teacher training.

For this case, the teacher must have a certificate of pedagogy (some contents of the certificate of pedagogy are guided in Section 4  of Official Dispatch 336/BGDĐT-NGCBQLGD ).

iii) After recruitment, localities apply the provisions of current documents of the Ministry of Education and Training to make appointment and salary arrangement.

Official Dispatch 336/BGDĐT-NGCBQLGD  was issued on January 27, 2022.

4. Officially no manual road toll collection from June 1, 2022

The Prime Minister issued  Official Letter 155/CD-TTg  to apply identification cards to cars to use the non-stop electronic road traffic toll collection service.

Accordingly, in order to effectively promote the toll collection system in the form of electronic non-stop (ETC), contribute to reducing traffic congestion and transparency in toll collection activities, towards eliminating manual toll collection, The Prime Minister requested:

- Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities shall request heads of agencies and socio-political mass organizations at the central and local levels to direct the sticking of identification cards for all vehicles and cars under the management of agencies and units (including affiliated units) to use toll collection services. ETC when participating in traffic through toll stations;

- Mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of agencies, units and localities to be exemplary in applying identification cards to personal cars to participate in the ETC toll collection service  . using manual fee collection form from June 1, 2022 .
