- This is the directive of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam at Official Dispatch 4194/BGDDT-PC dated September 11, 2017, guiding the tasks of the 2017 - 2018 academic year on legal affairs. If the Departments of Education and Training do not establish legal affairs departments, they shall carry out following tasks:
