Circular No. 92/2015/TT-BQP regulating and guiding the activities of administrative procedure control within the scope of the state management functions of the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam was issued on August 11, 2015.
State agencies are responsible for reviewing and evaluating complicated administrative procedures with the aim of eliminating or replacing them with more streamlined procedures. This is an important content of Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government on controlling administrative procedures.
In order to ensure a friendly, honest, and objective administrative environment, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP on controlling administrative procedures, which specifies the rights and obligations of administrative procedures-complying subjects.
On June 08, 2010, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP on controlling administrative procedures, which specifies the attitudes and behaviors of the officials who are assigned to implement administrative procedures.
Recently, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP on controlling administrative procedures, which stipulates that administrative procedure-implementing agencies must not create additional administrative procedures and require dossiers or paperwork other than those provided by law.
This is one of the key contents of Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP on controlling administrative procedures, issued on June 08, 2010 by the Government of Vietnam.
