In addition to regulating cases of suspension of vocational education, Vietnam’s law also has regulations on specific cases where a vocational education institution shall be dissolved. So, how are regulations on these cases and procedures to dissolve vocational education institutions?
According to Vietnam’s regulations, the vocational education institution may only enroll students or provide training when it is granted the Certificate in vocational education registration. However, during its operation, for some reason these institutions may be suspended from operation. So, in what cases shall a vocational education institution be suspended its vocational education operation?
The Law on Vocational Education 2014 of Vietnam was issued on November 27, 2014. This Law officially came into force from July 01, 2015. One of the notable contents of this Law is the regulation on conditions for registration of vocational education as well as the order and procedures for granting the Certificate of registration of vocational education activities.
