On September 04, 2018, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 115/2018/NĐ-CP, which replaces Decree No. 178/2013/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on food safety.
Recently, the Government of Vietnam has issued Decree No. 115/2018/NĐ-CP on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on food safety, stipulating administrative violations, penalties, fines, remedial measures, the power to record and the power to impose penalties and fines for administrative violations against regulations on food safety.
In the near future, Decree No. 115/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on food safety will officially abolish the main penalty, which is a warning, and instead only impose fines for all violations.
