One of the current conditional business lines according to the list of conditional business lines is the alcohol business. Thus, to be able to carry out this business, businesses need to meet certain conditions as prescribed by Vietnam’s law.
Trade in alcohol shall be subject to the list of conditional business lines. Any organization or individual distributing alcohol shall obtain a license mentioned in Decree No. 105/2017/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government.
The Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 105/2017/NĐ-CP on trade in alcohol. According to this Decree, enterprises producing alcohol shall comply with the following conditions:
