On July 5, 2018, the Minister of Finance promulgated Circular No. 57/2018/TT-BTC providing guidance on the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 29/2018/ND-CP dated March 5, 2018 of the Government of Vietnam regulating the order and procedures for the establishment of general public ownership and the handling of general public ownership.
