Specifically, the form of exploitation and use of databases on housing and real estate markets in Vietnam, including:

- Via the portal of information system on housing and real estate market (http://www.batdongsan.xaydung.gov.vn);

The Portal of the Department of Construction of Vietnam;

(Compared to Decree 117/2015/ND-CP, changing from the website managed by the database on housing and real estate market to the Portal of housing and real estate market and Portal of Department of Construction in Vietnam)

- Through the request form or written request;

- By a contract between the agency managing the information system on housing and real estate markets and the party exploiting and using data on housing and real estate markets in accordance with the law.

(Compared to Decree 117/2015/ND-CP, the forms via the internet, via a specialized network are removed)

* Procedures for registration and granting of the right to exploit and use information and data on housing and real estate markets in Vietnam:

Step 1: Submit the request form

Organizations and individuals wishing to register for the grant of the right to exploit and use information and data on housing and the real estate market shall send a request form to the agency or unit assigned to manage and provide housing and real estate market data in the following forms:

- Submit directly in writing to the Provider;

- By official letter, fax, or post office;

- Online registration on the Website of the Provider;

Step 2: Return the results 

Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of the request, the Provider shall consider granting the right to exploit and use valid housing and real estate market information and data;

In the case of a refusal to provide the right to exploit and use, the supplier must reply clearly stating the reason.

Decree 44/2022/ND-CP takes effect from August 15, 2022, replacing Decree 117/2015/ND-CP.
