This is the content stated in Resolution 141/NQ-CP of Vietnam dated November 14, 2021 on the thematic Government meeting in November 2021.
Specifically, the Government of Vietnam basically agreed with the content submitted by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam on the pilot scheme to separate compensation, support, resettlement and site clearance into independent projects.
According to the Resolution, the Government assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Justice in, collecting opinions of Government members, carefully reviewing and completing the dossier of the pilot scheme to separate compensation, support, site clearance and resettlement from investment projects.
Meanwhile, assign the Minister of Planning and Investment, authorized by the Prime Minister of Vietnam, on behalf of the Government to sign and submit to the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly before November 15, 2021.
In addition, the Government basically agreed on policies and approved the proposal to develop a Resolution of the National Assembly of Vietnam to pilot the model of labor organization, vocational guidance and vocational training for prisoners outside the prison in Report 783. TT-BCA-C10 dated November 10, 2021 of the Ministry of Public Security.
Assign the Minister of Public Security, authorized by the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government, to sign the Government's proposal requesting the National Assembly to add the draft Resolution to the agenda of the December 2021 thematic session according to the order and shortened procedures, approved at a meeting.
Assign the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam to develop a draft resolution of the National Assembly in accordance with the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and report it to the Government for submission to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the above-mentioned National Assembly session.
In addition, regarding the draft of the Master Strategy on COVID-19 Prevention and Control for the 2021-2023 period, the Government noted the clarification of the need for vaccines, drugs, biological products, kits, testing and medical equipment for the remainder of 2021 and 2022, it is expected that the implementation resources and procurement plan are clear and specific.
