- Recently, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam has just issued the Circular No. 30/2020/TT-BYT elaborating the Decree No. 146/2018/NĐ-CP guiding the Law on Health Insurance of Vietnam. According to this Circular, children right upon birth whose birth declaration procedures are not completed shall be granted provisional health insurance cards.
