- On September 03, 2020, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam issued Decision 1368/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the project on Production, Issuance, and Management of Citizen Identity Cards. Based on this, the Ministry of Public Security is drafting a Circular regulating the new Citizen Identity Card model for the people in Vietnam.
