Working Relationship of the Command of the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Guard

The working relationship of the Guard Command of the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh is stipulated in Circular 152 as follows:

- Relationship with the Central Military Commission and the Minister of National Defense is a relationship of subordination to leadership, direction, and command.

- Relationship with the General Staff and the General Political Department is a relationship of subordination to command and direction. Specifically:- Under the command regarding military, defense, direction for the organization, and training readiness for combat by the Chief of the General Staff;- Under the direction regarding party and political work activities by the Head of the General Political Department.

- Relationship with the functional agencies of the Ministry of National Defense is a cooperative and coordinated relationship in performing political tasks and under the direction and guidance of professional expertise and industry work.

- Relationship with units of the Ministry of National Defense is a cooperative and coordinated relationship in ensuring ceremonies, security, and safety in the area of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum during major state holidays; activities of living, propagating the political and cultural significance at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, the Memorial of the Heroes and Martyrs, and K9 Historical Site.

- Relationship with the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is stipulated in Circular 152 as a subordinate relationship under the direction:- Implement tasks and powers assigned by the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum;- Implement the coordination regulation of activities with specialized units according to the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

- Relationship with agencies and organizations outside the military includes:- Coordinating with units of the Ministry of Public Security to ensure order and security, organize the welcoming of people and international guests to visit President Ho Chi Minh, commemorate the Heroes and Martyrs, and tour the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum;- Coordinating with Ministries, sectors, and localities in organizing the welcoming of mass organizations, social organizations, revolutionary contributors, and international guests to visit President Ho Chi Minh, commemorate the Heroes and Martyrs, tour the K9 Historical Site, and ensure the security and safety of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum;- Coordinating with forces in the Ba Dinh Historical-Cultural Complex in performing tasks according to the regulations of the Prime Minister.
