Working Regulations of Veterinary Councils at All Levels

This is a notable content stipulated in Circular 12/2016/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating the organization, functions, tasks, and powers of Veterinary Councils at all levels.

According to the provisions of Circular 12/2016/TT-BNNPTNT, the Veterinary Councils at all levels shall operate under the following policies:

- The Veterinary Councils at all levels shall operate under collective policies.- The members of the Veterinary Councils at all levels shall operate under part-time policies.- The Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the Councils are authorized to use the seal of the institutions where they work.- The Chairman of the Council shall stipulate the working policies and specific duties of the members.- The Central Veterinary Council is responsible for periodically reporting to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development every 6 months or reporting on an ad-hoc basis when requested regarding the results of veterinary advisory activities; reporting to relevant agencies when requested.- The Provincial Veterinary Councils are responsible for periodically reporting to the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Central Veterinary Council every 6 months, or reporting on an ad-hoc basis when requested regarding the results of veterinary advisory activities; reporting to relevant agencies when requested.
