To be specific, Article 11 of Circular 01/2020/TT-VPCP governs reports on the organization of meetings. This requires details on the number, type, and format of meetings chaired or authorized by the leaders of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees at all levels. The subjects for reporting, receiving agencies, process and deadlines are regulated as follows:
- The Commune-level People's Committee shall send a report to the District-level People's Committee no later than December 17 each year.- The District-level People's Committee shall summarize and review reports from Commune-level People's Committees within the district and the organization of meetings by the District-level People's Committee. They then send the report to the Provincial-level People's Committee no later than December 19 each year.
- The Provincial-level People's Committee shall summarize and review reports from District-level People's Committees within the province and the organization of meetings by the Provincial-level People's Committee. They then send the report to the Government Office of Vietnam no later than December 22 each year.
- Ministries and ministerial-level agencies shall summarize and review reports on the organization of meetings within the ministry or ministerial-level agency and send the report to the Government Office of Vietnam no later than December 22 each year.
- The Government Office of Vietnam shall compile reports from ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and Provincial-level People's Committees and send the report to the Prime Minister no later than December 25 each year.
Additionally, the frequency of reporting is annual, and the report data closure period is from December 15 of the year preceding the report year to December 14 of the report year.
