On October 06, 2017, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 106/2017/TT-BTC stipulating the rates, collection, payment, management, and use of appraisal fees for auctioneering practice standards and appraisal fees for the conditions for business registration of auction enterprises.

The responsibility for paying the appraisal fee for auction practice standards is stipulated in Circular 106 as follows:

- Individuals, upon submitting their applications for the assessment of auction practice apprenticeship results, applications for auction practice certificates, or applications for reissuance of auction practice certificates, must pay the appraisal fee for auction practice standards.- Enterprises, upon submitting their applications for registration of auction activities or applications for changes in registration content, reissuance of auction activity registration certificates, must pay the appraisal fee for the appraisal of auction enterprise registration conditions.

Refer to the fee collection organization at Circular 106/2017/TT-BTC, effective from November 21, 2017.
