Who is responsible for managing the organization of competitions in the National Sports Games?

The management of organizing sports competitions for national sports associations carried out by national sports federations and associations according to regulations in Article 9 of Circular 01/2013/TT-BVHTTDL is as follows:

- The national sports federation or association is responsible for submitting to the General Department of Sports and Physical Training for recognition or enactment of the competition laws for the sport.- The national sports federation or association is responsible for submitting to the General Department of Sports and Physical Training for appraisal, in order to submit to the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism for approval of the professional sports regulations of the sport.- The president of the national sports federation or association enacts professional sports regulations of the sport after being approved by the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.- The national sports federation or association is responsible for organizing and managing national and international sports competitions of the sport held in Vietnam after getting permission from the competent authorities and monitoring the organization of these competitions according to the approved regulations. During the competition, the national sports federation or association must ensure security, order, and safety in sporting events and promptly report to the General Department of Sports and Physical Training any issues arising during the competition to provide directive solutions.- Based on the annual national sports competition system issued by the General Department of Sports and Physical Training, the president of the national sports federation or association approves the competition regulations as defined in Clause 3, Article 37 of the Law on Sports and Physical Training.- The national sports federation or association develops regulations on commendation and discipline in sports competition activities and submits them to the Director General of the General Department of Sports and Physical Training for approval.- The national sports federation or association guides and facilitates the professional operation of the fan club of the sport; develops and implements regulations on fan activities when organizing sports competitions.
