Who is not eligible to represent in labor disputes?

The involved party may authorize an attorney or another person to represent them in legal proceedings, except for the following individuals who are not permitted to participate in legal proceedings as the authorized representative of the involved party:

- Not having Vietnamese nationality or not residing in Vietnam, except where otherwise specified by law for parties who are foreign nationals, stateless persons, or Vietnamese residing abroad;- Under 18 years of age;- Suffering from mental illness;- Being prosecuted for a criminal offense or convicted but the conviction has not been expunged;- Court officers or prosecutors;- Expert witnesses, interpreters, witnesses in the case;- Relatives of the Judges, People's Assessors, court clerks, and Prosecutors who are involved in resolving the case.
