- Individuals who are project managers of scientific and technological tasks that are evaluated as "unsatisfactory" will not be eligible to participate in registration for selection, direct assignment within 03 years from the date of the evaluation conclusion by the Evaluation Council;

- Individuals who are project managers of scientific and technological tasks at any level: state, national, ministerial, or local... having violations leading to suspension and criminal prosecution will not be eligible to participate in registration for selection, direct assignment within 05 years from the date of the decision by competent authorities.
