For the self-assessment council of the training program quality (if any), the Secretary is the representative of the unit responsible for implementing the training program;- Other members of the Council are representatives of the leadership of various units, reputable officials and educators, representatives of mass organizations of the vocational education institution, experienced experts with reputation, and at least two representatives from enterprises or labor units that accept students for internships, practices, and work.
