On March 22, 2024, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision 04/2024/QD-TTg prescribing policies for welcoming, visiting, and congratulating certain individuals by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels.
The individuals who are welcomed, visited, and congratulated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels include:
(1) Delegations and individuals visiting and working with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, including:
- Delegations visiting and working with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, including:
+ Delegations representing veterans of the revolution, revolutionary soldiers, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, heroes of the armed forces;
+ Delegations representing ethnic minorities, religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations with significant contributions to the building and defense of the Fatherland, and the strengthening of the national great unity bloc;
+ Delegations representing overseas Vietnamese with close ties and positive contributions to the building and defense of the Fatherland, and the strengthening of the national great unity bloc.
- Individuals visiting and working with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, including:
+ Prominent revolutionary veterans, eminent revolutionary soldiers, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, heroes of the armed forces;
+ Religious dignitaries, officers, and prestigious individuals among ethnic minorities, prominent intellectuals with significant contributions to the building and defense of the Fatherland, and the strengthening of the national great unity bloc;
+ Eminent overseas Vietnamese with close ties and positive contributions to the building and defense of the Fatherland, and the strengthening of the national great unity bloc;
+ Senior leaders, former senior leaders of the Communist Party and State, Vietnam Fatherland Front;
+ Former members of the Government of Vietnam, Advisory Council of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam, Central Committee of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, Central Committee of the Alliance of National, Democratic and Peace Forces of Vietnam, the Alliance of National, Democratic and Peace Forces of Saigon - Gia Dinh, Saigon - Gia Dinh Zone Committee's Intellectuals and Front Committee or their relatives (for those who have passed away).
- Individuals visited and congratulated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels:
+ Prominent revolutionary veterans, eminent revolutionary soldiers, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, heroes of the armed forces;

Decision 04/2024/QD-TTg prescribes policies for welcoming, visiting, and congratulating certain individuals by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and municipalities, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provincial cities and municipal cities, districts, towns, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes, wards, townships (hereinafter referred to as Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels). |
