Which QPPL Documents Fall Under the Review Authority of the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam?

According to Circular 06/2015/TT-TTCP, the legal documents subject to the review and systematization authority of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam are the legal documents that adjust the fields of inspection, citizen reception, complaint settlement, denunciation, and anti-corruption, including:

- Laws and Resolutions of the National Assembly;- Ordinances and Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; Joint Resolutions between the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.- Orders and Decisions of the President;- Decrees of the Government of Vietnam;- Decisions of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam;- Circulars and Joint Circulars of the Chief Inspector of the Government of Vietnam;- Circulars and Joint Circulars of Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies with contents related to the fields of inspection, citizen reception, complaint settlement, denunciation, and anti-corruption;- Joint Resolutions between the Government of Vietnam and the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.- Other legal documents (except the Constitution) with contents related to the fields of inspection, citizen reception, complaint settlement, denunciation, and anti-corruption issued by competent authorities.

This Circular stipulates that the Legal Department is responsible for building, managing, and regularly updating the database serving as a legal basis for the review, systematization, codification, inspection, and handling of legal documents; monitoring the implementation of laws in the fields of inspection, citizen reception, complaint settlement, denunciation, and anti-corruption.
