Which Items Accompany the Reward When Commendation is Given?

What are the artifacts accompanying cash awards when commended (Illustrative image)

Decree 85/2014/ND-CP stipulates that collectives and individuals, when commended, receive cash awards according to regulations along with the following commendation artifacts:

- Order, order box, certificate, and frame for the order as stipulated in Article 33 of the Emulation and Commendation Law of 2003.- Medal, medal box, certificate, and frame for the medal as stipulated in Article 53 of the Emulation and Commendation Law of 2003.- Badge, badge box, certificate, and frame for state honorary titles, badges of ministries, departments, agencies, political organizations, political-social organizations, social organizations, and centrally affiliated provinces and cities. For collectives being awarded the state honorary titles: “Heroic Province,” “Heroic City,” “Hero of the People’s Armed Forces,” “Labor Hero,” in addition to the above-mentioned artifacts, they also receive a flag.- Certificate and frame for “Ho Chi Minh Prize,” “State Prize,” and “Certificate of Commendation of the Prime Minister.”- Badge, badge box, certificate of recognition, and frame for emulation titles “National Emulation Soldier,” emulation soldiers of ministries and central authorities, central bodies, centrally affiliated provinces and cities.- Commemorative Medal, medal box, certificate, and frame for the commemorative medal of ministries, departments, agencies, political organizations, political-social organizations, and social organizations.- Certificate and frame for the certificates of commendation from ministries, departments, central bodies, centrally affiliated provinces and cities; commendation certificates of political organizations, political-social organizations at the provincial level; commendation certificates at the military zone, military branch, army group, army corps, general department, and equivalent units under the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security; grassroots emulation soldiers; and certificates of appreciation.- Certificate of recognition and frame for titles: “Excellent Labor Collective”; “Decisive Victory Unit”; “Cultural Village/ Hamlet”; “Cultural Urban Quarter.”- Certificate of recognition for “Cultural Family.”- Flag for titles “Government Emulation Flag,” Emulation Flags of ministries and central authorities, provincial levels, central bodies, Emulation Flags of military zones, military branches, army groups, army corps, general departments, and equivalent units under the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security.

Commendation artifacts for replacement or re-issuance are only applicable to orders, medals, badges, commemorative medals, and certificates of commendation and emulation titles.
