This is a notable regulation stipulated in Circular 03/2013/TT-TTCP by the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam, which prescribes the reporting policies on inspection work, complaint resolution, denunciation, and anti-corruption.
Article 7 Circular 03/2013/TT-TTCP stipulates that the thematic report on inspection activities, complaint resolution, denunciation, and anti-corruption is a report evaluating and summarizing the results of activities in a specific thematic area of inspection, complaint resolution, denunciation, and anti-corruption over a certain period as requested by the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the National Assembly, the Government of Vietnam, and the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam. The Government Inspectorate of Vietnam will guide the outline of the thematic report upon request.
For the ad hoc report, when requested by the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly, the agencies of the National Assembly, the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, and the Chief Inspector of the Government of Vietnam, the Minister, the heads of ministry-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and the Chairperson of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-affiliated cities must prepare reports on inspection activities, complaint resolution, denunciation, and anti-corruption within their state management scope.

Note, in case of new, unusual, serious, and complex incidents directly related to their functions, tasks, and powers, inspection agencies are responsible for promptly reporting to higher-level inspection agencies and the heads of state management agencies at the same level to direct and coordinate handling.
