To review the admission project and university admission registration information in 2023 in Vietnam

To ensure that university and college enrollment in the Early Childhood Education major in 2023 takes place seriously, safely, and in accordance with Regulations, the Ministry of Education and Training requires universities, academies, and universities; officer schools with university-level training; and colleges recruiting students majoring in Early Childhood Education do the following:

- Training establishments only organize enrollment for qualified majors according to regulations. For industries that are forced to stop enrolling students, training institutions need to make a public announcement on the training institution's website.

- Training institutions continue to review enrollment projects and announcements, including: criteria, majors, admission methods, and admission combinations; the test/subject is multiplied by the coefficient when considering admission; the difference in scores between the combinations compared to the original combination; sub-criteria; aptitude subjects; aptitude subject admission scores (if any); additional admission methods and conditions (if any)...;

Ensure accuracy with the database declared in the Examination and Admissions Professional System (Professional page); at the same time, accurately and completely update the list of candidates who are eligible to be admitted, admitted by direct admission, or meet pre-qualification conditions in the System.

- In case it is necessary to adjust or supplement the project content, training facilities must comply with regulations and instructions, and adjustments must ensure that they do not affect the rights of candidates who have registered for admission to the training facility (for example: a training facility opens more majors and adjusts quotas for newly opened majors; the number of registered candidates is lower than the expected quota for some majors, so it is necessary to adjust excess quotas for nearby majors in the industry group; adjust to unify the information declared on the Professional System with the target determination report and enrollment project published on the training institution's website;...).

Training institutions update changes in the Project on the Admissions Portal of the Ministry of Education and Training for reporting and serving inspections and examination; at the same time, publish them on the training facility's website for candidates to know and for society to monitor.

- Training facilities are not allowed to regulate, notify, or require candidates to register their 1st choice on the System to be considered for admission (except in the case of candidates registering for Police or Military training facilities). ).

- When information about ID card/Citizen ID card/Identifier between the System and the candidate declaring at the training facility is inconsistent, the Ministry of Education and Training recommends that training institutions obtain the ID card number/Citizen ID/Identifier code on the System and use it throughout the registration, virtual filtering, and admission process. The correct ID/Citizen ID number will be updated after candidates enroll in the training facility.

- The system has supported training institutions that conduct early admission and reported statistics on the list of qualified candidates who have registered their wish to be admitted to the training institution or other training institutions. The training facility enters the system and selects the Report section, data exploitation report, and registration status of candidates eligible for early admission to download the Statistical Report.

- The training facility continues to review the list of candidates who have announced their eligibility for admission. In case a candidate does not meet the admission criteria as announced, the training facility must promptly contact and notify the candidate and have a plan to support the candidate.

- For training institutions with teacher training branches, training institutions must review and accurately update the pedagogical targets notified by the Ministry of Education and Training to the Target Determination Reporting System and the Business page; at the same time, synchronize the enrollment project at the Admissions Portal, ensuring uniform and accurate information.
