In addition to the salary, allowances, benefits, and insurance typically received, due to the specific nature of working abroad and the associated high risks, members of the Embassy and their family members are also entitled to the following policies.
- Salary, allowances, subsidies; housing policies; social insurance benefits, health insurance, and annual leave policies according to the provisions of law;- Compensation in the event of injury or death;- Subsidies and preferential policies in case of duties in areas experiencing armed conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics, or under particularly difficult working conditions.- Travel expenses in the event of the death of the member's parents, parents-in-law, spouse, or children of the representative agency.
Minor children accompanying the member of the representative agency are partially supported with tuition fees in the host country and the cost of purchasing medical treatment insurance.
Female members of the representative agency or the wives of members of the representative agency assigned to work during the term along with members of the representative agency, upon giving birth, are entitled to maternity policies according to the provisions of law.
The maternity leave period for female members of the representative agency is counted towards the term of service.
