Circular 07/2019/TT-BKHDT stipulates that the issuance of cooperative registration shall be conducted within the following timeframes:

- The cooperative registration authority issues the cooperative registration within 03 working days from the date of receipt of a valid dossier.- In case the dossier does not meet the conditions for cooperative registration, the cooperative registration authority must notify the specific contents that need to be amended or supplemented within 03 working days from the date of receiving the dossier.- If the above time limit is exceeded and the Cooperative Registration Certificate is not issued, or the cooperative registration content is not changed in the National Database on Cooperative Registration, or no notice requesting amendment or supplementation of the cooperative registration dossier is received, the cooperative has the right to lodge a complaint or denunciation in accordance with the provisions of the law on complaints and denunciations.
