The state apparatus is a system of agencies from the Central to the Local levels, organized and operating under general and unified principles to perform the tasks and functions of the state.
Depending on the class nature, duties, functions, and operational objectives of the state, as well as historical circumstances, culture, national traditions, and economic and political conditions, each state has its own way of organizing its state apparatus.
The state apparatus according to current Vietnamese law is organized as follows:
