What is the Professional Title Code for Educational Administrative Staff?

This is the notable content stipulated in Circular 07/2019/TT-BGDDT regulating codes, standards for professional titles, and salary classification of education service staff at boarding schools for ethnic minorities; specialized high schools; university preparatory schools; and public schools for people with disabilities.

The occupational code for the academic affairs staff is V.07.07.21. Circular 07/2019/TT-BGDDT stipulates that the academic affairs staff has the following tasks:

- Develop the annual academic affairs plan for the school;- Manage and monitor the school's system of records and books related to students;- Coordinate with teachers to manage and monitor students daily;- Coordinate with homeroom teachers to compile the academic and training results of students;- Perform assigned tasks related to examinations and testing;- Carry out admissions tasks as assigned;- Communicate and exchange information with students' families when necessary;- Prepare periodic and regular reports on academic affairs;- Complete training programs; self-learn and self-train to improve ethics and professional competence;- Perform other tasks assigned by the principal.
