What Does the Vietnam Green Label Certification Application Dossier Include?

According to the regulations set forth in Circular 41/2013/TT-BTNMT, the registration dossier for the Vietnam Green Label certification includes:

- One (01) application form for Vietnam Green Label certification as per the form in Appendix 1 attached to Circular 41;- One (01) original Environmental Protection Activity Report of the enterprise as per the form in Appendix 2 attached to this Circular; or one (01) certified true copy of the valid national standard TCVN ISO 14001 compliance certificate issued by a certification organization registered in the regulatory field; or one (01) certified true copy of the valid international standard ISO 14001:2004 compliance certificate issued by an accreditation organization that is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IFA), the Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (PAC); or an equivalent standard;- One (01) original Product Evaluation Report meeting the criteria for Vietnam Green Label as stipulated by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for each corresponding product group, accompanied by test results issued by a Testing Organization with a validity period not exceeding six (06) months from the date the Environmental General Department receives a valid Registration Dossier;- One (01) certified true copy of the trademark registration certificate;- One (01) photograph or industrial design drawing of the product with a size of 21 cm x 29 cm.
