What conditions must collaborators in the Construction Inspection Sector meet?

Recently, Decree 26/2013/ND-CP was signed and promulgated by the Government of Vietnam, stipulating the organization and operation of the construction industry inspection.

Collaborators in the construction industry inspection must meet the conditions prescribed in Decree 26/2013/ND-CP:

- Must be officials and public employees, individuals deeply knowledgeable in their field, enlisted by the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Construction or the Inspectorate of the Department of Construction to participate in the inspection team.- Collaborators in the construction industry inspection are not part of the state inspection agencies' payroll.- Collaborators in the construction industry inspection must possess good ethics, a sense of responsibility, integrity, honesty, impartiality, and objectivity.

Depending on the requirements of each inspection team, the Chief Inspector enlists collaborators. The enlistment ends when the inspection team concludes its inspection or when the collaborator fails to meet the task requirements as stipulated.

Collaborators in the construction industry inspection have duties, rights, and responsibilities as prescribed by law.
