What are the rights of medical facilities in the tuberculosis prevention network?

This is an important content mentioned in Circular 02/2013/TT-NHNN issued by the Ministry of Health stipulating the cooperation between medical facilities in tuberculosis management.

According to Circular 02/2013/TT-BYT, medical facilities in the tuberculosis prevention network participating in coordination for diagnosis, detection, treatment, and management of tuberculosis patients are entitled to the following benefits:

- Civil servants, public employees, and workers working at medical facilities in the tuberculosis and pulmonary disease prevention network are entitled to professional preferential allowances according to the regulations in Joint Circular 02/2012/TTLT-BYT-BNV-BTC guiding the implementation of Decree 56/2011/ND-CP on professional preferential allowances for officials and public employees working at public medical facilities;- Entitled to special preferential allowances according to the regulations in Decision 73/2011/QD-TTg on special preferential allowances for officials and public employees, workers in public medical facilities, and epidemic prevention allowances;- Entitled to remuneration according to the regulations in Joint Circular 147/TTLT-BYT-BTC guiding the management and use of funds for implementing the National Target Program;- Entitled to hazardous and dangerous allowances according to Circular 07/2005/TT-BNV guiding hazardous and dangerous allowances for officials and public employees and Official Dispatch 6608/BYT-TCCB guiding the implementation of hazardous and dangerous allowances for healthcare sector public employees;- Entitled to material compensation policies according to Joint Circular 13/2012/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BYT guiding the implementation of material compensation policies for workers working in hazardous and dangerous conditions.
