Circular 25/2017/TT-BTTTT has been issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications on the National Technical Regulation on E-UTRA FDD Mobile Information Repeater Equipment - Radio Access Part.

The conditions of measurement are regulated by Circular 25/2017/TT-BTTTT as follows:

- The measurements defined in this standard must be carried out at representative points within the boundary limits of the declared operating environmental conditions.- At points where technical specifications change depending on environmental conditions, measurements must be carried out under all types of environmental conditions (within the boundary limits of the declared operating environmental conditions) to verify compliance with the affected technical requirements.- Generally, all measurements only need to be performed under normal measurement conditions unless otherwise specified.
