Recently, the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam issued Circular 20/2014/TT-BQP on the promulgation of regulations for the management of the operations of the Vietnam Aviation Club, including the funding sources for the operation of the Vietnam Aviation Club.
What are the funding sources for the operation of the Vietnam Aviation Club? (Illustrative photo)
According to Article 24 of Circular 20/2014/TT-BQP, the operating budget of the Vietnam Aviation Club is funded from investment sources and other lawful revenues. It is managed and used for the right purposes, efficiently, in compliance with the State and Ministry of Defense's financial regulations applicable to public service providers with social, collective, and individual investment participation. The funding sources for the operation of the Vietnam Aviation Club include:
- The State budget, Ministry of Defense, Air Defense-Air Force providing funding or preferential loans;
- Investments, aids, sponsorships, capital contributions, and donations from organizations and individuals both domestically and internationally;
- Revenues from professional activities (production of flight vehicles, training, operating flight vehicles, parachuting, maintenance of aircraft for sports services, aviation services) and other lawful activities in accordance with the law and the operational functions of the Vietnam Aviation Club;
- Other lawful revenues as prescribed by law.
