Circular 15/2017/TT-BLDTBXH was issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs stipulating the criteria and standards for quality accreditation of vocational education.
According to the provisions of Circular 15, the assessment of the quality of vocational education institutions at intermediate and college levels, whether they meet accreditation standards or not, is based on the following criteria:
Meets standards:
Vocational education institutions that meet the following requirements:
- The total score of the assessment criteria is 80 points or higher;- The score of each assessed criterion is 60% of the standard score or higher;- The scores of criteria 2, 3, 4, and 5 are 80% of the standard score or higher.
Does not meet standards:
- An institution is assessed as not meeting the quality accreditation standards for vocational education institutions if it does not meet the above requirements.
