- Investors who are organizations do not have to carry out procedures to request adjustments to the Certificate of outward investment registration in cases where there are changes to the information recorded on the Enterprise Registration Certificate, except for changes in name or enterprise code.

- Investors who are individuals do not have to carry out procedures to request adjustments to the Certificate of outward investment registration when changing the type of personal documents or changing the number and date of issue of their personal documents.
