What are procedures for registration and adjustment of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and disease insurance payments in Vietnam?

For employees working at the employing unit, submit documents to the employing unit, including:

- Declaration of participation, adjustment of social insurance, health insurance information (Form TK1-TS);
- In case the employees are entitled to higher health insurance benefits, additional documents proving it (if any) according to Appendix 03 issued with Decision 595/QD-BHXH.

For employees working abroad:

- Declaration of participation, adjustment of social insurance, health insurance information (Form TK1-TS);
- Labor contract with a limited term abroad or extended labor contract with the attached extension document or newly signed labor contract in the receiving country according to the contract.

For employing units:

- Declaration of participation, adjustment of social insurance, health insurance information (Form TK3-TS);
- List of employees participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, labor accident and occupational disease insurance (Form D02-TS);
- Information list (Form D01-TS).

For employees working abroad: Prepare a dossier to submit through the overseas labor dispatching unit or directly to the social insurance agency in the place of residence;

For employing units:

- Step 1:

+ Record the social insurance number in the corresponding forms for employees who have been assigned a social insurance number;
+ Guide employees to fill in the Declaration of participation, adjustment of social insurance, health insurance information (Form TK1-TS) for employees who have not been assigned a social insurance number (including employees who do not remember the social insurance number).

- Step 2: Submit the dossier according to regulations

- Step 3: Receive the results resolved by the social insurance agency.

- Issuance of new social insurance books, health insurance cards: No more than 05 days;

- Temporary suspension of contributions to the retirement and survivorship fund: No more than 05 days;

- Violations of legal provisions on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, labor accident and occupational disease insurance contributions: No more than 03 days;

- Confirmation of social insurance book: No more than 05 days.
