- NS1: 19°23’36” N, 105°47’00” E;- NS2: 19°23’36” N, 106°08’06” E;- NS3: 19°15’39” N, 106°08’06” E;- NS4: 19°15’39” N, 105°53’22” E;- NS5: 19°17’17” N, 105°48’10” E.

- Land boundary: from point NS1 along the coastline to the South to point NS5.

According to Circular 44/2016/TT-BGTVT, beyond the maritime boundaries within the territory of Thanh Hoa province, the Thanh Hoa Maritime Administration is responsible for state management concerning maritime safety, maritime security, and environmental pollution prevention in the sea areas within the territory of Thanh Hoa and Ninh Binh provinces.
