Circular 25/2015/TT-BGDDT stipulates that the following violations in the Physical Education curriculum in Vietnam shall be addressed. To be specific:
- Higher education institutions, organizations, and individuals violating the regulations in this Circular shall, depending on the nature and extent of the violations, be subject to disciplinary actions, administrative penalties in the educational field, and other legal responsibilities as prescribed by current laws.
- Heads of higher education institutions and individuals directly committing violations shall be disciplined in the following cases:
+ Failing to ensure the volume of the Physical Education curriculum and not complying with the requirements for developing, appraising, and issuing the Physical Education curriculum;
+ Failing to organize the implementation and evaluation of the results of the Physical Education curriculum as per the issued regulations;
+ Failing to ensure the conditions regarding the standards of lecturers, quality, and safety in teaching and learning the Physical Education curriculum;
+ Failing to store documents and evidence proving the implementation of the regulations stated in this Circular.
Entities responsible for inspecting and supervising the above violations in Vietnam include:
- Higher education institutions are responsible for conducting internal inspections and self-evaluation regarding the implementation of the Physical Education curriculum as stipulated in this Circular.
- The Ministry of Education and Training organizes inspections and supervision of the implementation of the Physical Education curriculum by higher education institutions as prescribed in this Circular.
