Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates the reporting on the implementation of science and technology plans by units under the Ministry as follows:

Content requirements for the report: The situation and results of the implementation of national and ministerial science and technology tasks in the year preceding the reporting year and the reporting year; the situation and results of the implementation of institutional science and technology tasks in the year preceding the reporting year and the reporting year; prominent science and technology activities in the year preceding the reporting year and the first 6 months of the reporting year; the status of projects funded by development investment capital up to June of the reporting year; the status of maintenance projects up to June of the reporting year; proposals and recommendations (if any).
Reporting subjects, recipient agencies, and reporting procedures: Units under the Ministry report to the Ministry of Education and Training.
Reporting period: Annual periodic report.
Methods of sending and receiving reports: Implemented according to the provisions of Article 6 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
Time for finalizing report data: From December 15 of the year preceding the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting year.
Deadline for submitting reports: Implemented according to the provisions of Clauses 3 and 6, Article 7 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
Report outline template: Form No. 04 in Appendix I issued together with Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
