Recently, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 67/2015/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 110/2013/ND-CP dated September 24, 2013 of Vietnam’s Government on sanction of administrative violation in the field of judicial assistance, judicial administration, marriage and family, civil judgment enforcement, enterprise and cooperative bankruptcy.
According to Clause 4 Article 1 of Decree No. 67/2015/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government amending Article 12 of Decree No. 110/2013/ND-CP, a fine of between VND 3,000,000 and VND 7,000,000 shall be imposed for acts of providing false information and documents; using false documents for contract or transaction to be notarized; concurrently, false papers shall be destroyed.
Besides, Decree No. 67/2015/ND-CP also stipulates fines for acts of violation of regulation on notarization of contract and transaction as follows:
- A fine of between VND 1,000,000 and VND 3,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the acts as follows:
+ Being fraudulent, dishonest upon request for notarization or witness;
+ Illegally modifying, erasing or falsifying the documents or using documents that are illegally modified, erased or falsified for contract or transaction to be notarized.

- A fine of between VND 7,000,000 and VND 10,000,000 shall be imposed for acts of falsifying papers, documents or forging, hiring or asking another person to impersonate the person requesting notarization to have contracts or transactions notarized; falsifying documents and papers to get translations notarized.
