Vietnam: Upper secondary graduate students shall be eligible at college level

This is a notable content specified in Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam on amendments to Circular No. 05/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH on regulations of enrollment and determination of enrollment targets at intermediate and college level.

According to Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam, candidates eligible at college level include:

- Upper secondary graduate students or equivalent;

- Holders of Diploma Level 4 of VQF and upper secondary school diplomas or those who studied and passed academic subjects of upper secondary schools as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training;

- Lower secondary graduate students wishing to engage in advanced standing to college’s degree program who studied and passed academic subjects of upper secondary schools as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and hold a Diploma Level 4 of VQF.
