Vietnam: Time limit for submitting specialized inspection reports on planning and investment

The Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam issued Circular No. 08/2014/TT-BKHDT detailing Decree No. 216/2013/ND-CP on the organization and operation of inspections in the Planning and Investment sector.

Notably, regulations on the time limit for submitting inspection reports are as follows:

- The first-quarter report, which covers the period from December 10th of the previous year to March 9th of the reporting year: submitted to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Planning and Investment before March 15th of the reporting year.

- The mid-year report, which covers the period from December 10th of the previous year to June 9th of the reporting year: submitted to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Planning and Investment before June 15th of the reporting year.

- The 9-month report, which covers the period from December 10th of the previous year to September 9th of the reporting year: submitted to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Planning and Investment before September 15th of the reporting year.

- The annual summary report, which covers the period from December 10th of the previous year to December 9th of the reporting year: submitted to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Planning and Investment before December 15th of the reporting year.

Outlines and forms for periodic reports on specialized inspections of Planning and Investment shall comply with Appendix II and Appendix III issued with Circular No. 08/2014/TT-BKHDT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam.
