Vietnam: The meeting to collect votes to introduce the planning source is conducted when at least two-thirds of the people are summoned to participate in the conference

According to the Decree No. 97/2015/NĐ-CP of the Vietnam’s Government, the meeting to collect votes to introduce the planning source is conducted when at least two-thirds of the people are summoned to participate in the conference. Specifically, conference attendees (excluding titles hired by competent authorities) include:

- For taking the planning form for management positions in the corporation

+ At the group: Chairman of the Members' Council, member of the Members' Council, Controllers, General Director, Deputy General Director, Chief Accountant, Head and Deputy Heads of specialized departments, Chief of Office and Deputy Chief of Office, Standing Committee of Group Party Committee, Secretary of Party Committee of parent company, President of Trade Union, Secretary of Youth Union.

+ At the corporation, a company with 100% capital of the group: Chairman of the Members' Council, President of the company, Controllers, members of the Members' Council, General Director, Director, Secretary of the Party Committee.

+ At the corporation, the company in which the group holds more than 50% of the charter capital: the representative of the group's capital, the secretary of the committee.

+ t the corporation, the company in which the group holds 50% or less of the charter capital: the representative of the group of people who represent the capital of the group, the secretary of the party committee.

+ In the non-business unit of the corporation: the head, the party secretary.

- For the collection of planning votes for managerial positions at corporations under the line ministries, provincial-level People's Committees

+ At the corporation: Chairman of the Members' Council, member of the Members' Council, Controllers, General Director, Deputy General Director, Chief Accountant, Head and Deputy Head of specialized department, Chief of Office and Deputy Chief of Office, Standing Committee of Party Committee, President of Trade Union, Secretary of Youth Union.

+ At the company with 100% capital of the corporation: Chairman, Controller, Director, Party Committee Secretary.

+ At the company where the corporation holds more than 50% of the charter capital: the representative of the corporation's capital, the secretary of the committee.

+ At the company in which the corporation holds 50% or less of the charter capital: the representative of the group of people representing the capital of the corporation, the secretary of the committee.

+ At the non-business units of the corporation: the head, the party secretary.

- For the collection of planning votes for managerial positions in companies under the line ministries, provincial-level People's Committees: Chairman of the Members' Council or President of the company, member of the Members' Council, Auditor inspectors, directors, deputy directors, chief accountants, heads and deputy heads of specialized departments, chiefs of offices and deputy chiefs of offices, standing committees of committees, presidents of trade unions, secretaries of youth unions, representative of the company's capital at an organization or unit in which the company holds more than 50% of the charter capital % of charter capital or less.
