According to Article 3 of Circular 18/2020/TT-BGDDT, the format and content of the certificate of completion of the national curriculum in Vietnam are prescribed as follows:

- The certificate of completion of the national curriculum in Vietnam has dimensions of 19 cm x 13.5 cm. The front side has a brown background with the National Emblem and text in yellow print. The back side has a white background, with a yellow-bordered pattern, black text, and a watermark of a bronze drum in the center.

- The certificate template of completion of the national curriculum and the contents to be written on the certificate of completion of the national curriculum are specified in Appendix I and Appendix II of Circular 18/2020/TT-BGDDT as follows:
