This is an important content of Circular No. 50/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam regulating the minimum knowledge requirements and competency that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in the fields of mining engineering and other technical fields.

Specifically, Circular 50/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates that college-level operation of road construction machinery is a field where practitioners operate various machines such as graders, rollers, pavers, and related road construction machines for building road structures of bridges and highways, meeting level 4 requirements of the Vietnam National Qualifications Framework.
